How we review course platforms
The same checks for every course and creator platform, all from the company's own pages.
What we check
- Free plan: whether there is one, and what it allows (courses, products, contacts, students).
- Price as you grow: monthly and yearly prices for each plan, and what the next plan adds.
- What the platform takes from your sales: transaction fees by plan, and extra fees for using your own payment processor.
- Payment processing: card fees as the company publishes them.
- Limits that push you up a plan: products, contacts, email subscribers, admins and branding.
- Trial terms and refunds: trial length, whether a card is asked for, and any money-back guarantee.
Where the facts come from
The company's pricing page, plan comparison and help center. We save each pricing page we quote, link every fact to its source and date each check. If an official page doesn't state something, the review says so.
